When should I expect to receive my order?
Most of our orders ship via standard ground delivery within one week. Items that are made to order such as totebags, t-shirts and ceramic mugs may take longer than one week to ship. We recommend that you allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order from the time that you place it with us. Expedited shipments will leave our warehouse within 2 days of receipt of your order (depending on product availability). What are the shipping charges within the U.S.?

For standard ground delivery, customers may choose to ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We also offer an Express Mail (2 Day) option for an additional $20.00.

How do I place an order if I don't have a credit card?
To pay via check or money order, please have the item numbers you wish to order ready, then call us at 1-800-327-1402. Your order will ship when payment is received.

What if there is a problem with my order when I receive it?

How are returns handled?
If you are dissatisfied with your order or if products have been damaged in shipping, please contact us at service@ipledge.com for return instructions. Once a return has been authorized by our customer service representative and received by our warehouse, we will credit your account for the product dollar amount. Shipping is not credited.
